1 Adel Becoming the player Essendon has expected him to be. 3
2 Melb Provided a good link between defence and attack on a wing. 6

5 Coll Came on as the sub and got involved to a degree. 3
6 GWS Found space after half time and provided plenty of run and carry. 6
7 Geel Kicked two goals, including one cracker from 55m. OK off a wing. 6
8 Bris Kicked one huge goal but that was his only highlight. Went missing at times. 5
9 Rich Linked up nicely through midfield and penetrated well with his left boot. 5
10 Syd Had defensive jobs and made a useful input. 5
11 Carl Handy at times. Matched with Lucas at times. 5
12 GCS Played a good link role and used his long left boot to advantage. Solid. 6
14 WCE Sub came on in third quarter and did a couple of things. 2
