1 Syd Burst out of blocks like a doped-up sprinter with two early goals then well held by Grundy. 5
2 Frem Marked everything first time, strong hands looking great leading into a Showdown. 7
3 Adel Started well with a big mark and goal in the first term but faded after that. 5
4 GWS Just the one goal, but did some good bullocking work in attack. Starved for chances late. 5
5 Carl Started the onslaught with a goal in the opening minutes, should have made more of an impact considering the inside-50 count (71). 5
6 Bris Strong in the air and presented with vigor. Booted four goals. 9
7 WCE His best game in Power colours, he is kicking straight and marking everything that comes his way. 8
8 GCS Great chase down tackle got him on the board and was imposing in attack without breaking the game open. 6
9 Bye.
10 Geel Caused all sorts of problems for Henderson but in the end effort ended in one goal. Had chance late but called to play on. 7
11 Haw Jagged two goals in opening eight minutes and ended with four goals and a handful of contested marks. Great performance. 8
12 Ess Quiet first half and thrown into centre bounce as a midfielder. Blanketed by Hartley. 3
13 Bris Great match up against Harris Andrews, and the young Lions defender came out on top. 5
14 Coll Flitted in and out of the contest without dominating. Effort was there and while only one goal he had an impact. 6
15 Rich Well held by David Astbury, got his hands to plenty of footy but wasn’t clunking his marks like earlier in the season. 4
16 WCE Terrific game and provided a focal point to kick five goals. 8
17 NM Six inside-50’s and goal, great sign when you win by 70 points and your main target man contributes just one goal. 6
18 Melb Ended with one goal, but had a dirty first hour. Better later, but didn’t have his head on straight. 4
19 StK Conditions didn’t suit the big forward, but he played a big last quarter and got clear of Brown. 4
20 Adel Two goals from three attempts, footy just didn’t get down there enough. 5
21 Coll Just the one goal but lots of physical strength and determination in his performance. 5
22 WB Imposing at stages in attack with his marking strength and in the end was the difference between the teams. 9
23 GCS Had the better of former teammate Steven May with four goals and winning the one on one battle. 8
EF WCE Got Port’s first three goals and was imposing with his physicality. Ended with 3.6 though and misses were costly. 8

2016 Season

1 StK Started off nervously but responded well with three goals after half time. 6
2 Adel Towelled up by Talia. Goalless and became frustrated. 3
3 Ess Three goals, split the packs, showed speed and agility at times. 6
4 GWS Capped off a poor performance by getting reported for striking Davis in the last quarter. 2
5 Geel Three kicks a goal in first half and ended with three goals from five kicks. 4
6 Rich Did a bit of rucking but marked strongly a few times opposed to Astbury. 6
7 Bris Career-best tally of five goals in a Power jumper, more bags to come. 7
8 Carl Booted two goals but was frustrated by poor delivery into attack from further afield. 5
9 WCE A nearly performance, a big game is just around the corner. 6
10 Melb Kicked five straight and was a towering presence in attack from the first bounce. Super. 8
11 Coll Went goalless but had a big presence in attack bringing teammates into the game. 7
12 WB Got his hands to several marking contests without taking the marks. 4
13 Frem Only one goal and had to fight to get near the bal. 3
15 Rich Great tussle with Rance, just one goal but was impressive. 5
16 Haw No goals, but his second and third efforts would have pleased his coach. 4
17 NM Tarrant completely blanketed him in first half against the odds. Hurt ankle late. 2

4 GWS Kicked two goals opposed to Corr but was a spectator for much of night. 4
5 Bris Showed his importance to structure with six-goal haul. Dominant. 8
6 Adel Toiled manfully against the tide and finished with three goals. 7
7 WCE Good luck being a key forward in the wet when there’s only 24 inside 50s. 3
8 Coll Attacked every contest with ferocity and booted four goals. 6
9 Haw Not a touch in first half and had a dirty day. 2
10 NEAFL Kicked two goals after being dropped for disciplinary reasons. -
11 Frem Presented well but not rewarded. Fierce at the contests. 4
13 Carl Looked dangerous with three goals before injured ankle and subbed out. 6
14 NM Big presence and presented a headache for North defence. Seven goals. 9

1 Rich Threw his weight around early and didn’t take a backward step, then injured. 3
2 Frem One of several operating in tandem without much success against Sandilands. 4

7 NM Big impact early with his size and strength. Forced to ruck late with Nicholls injury. 6
9 StK Matched with Bruce and took a couple of nice marks. 5

11 Adel Threw his body around and was rewarded with two goals. 7
12 Syd Kicked two goals opposed to Grundy but was made to work hard for his touches. 5
13 WCE On McKenzie and didn’t get a lot of it. Supported in ruck 4
14 Geel Worked into game after a quiet start. Four marks and three goals. 6
15 Haw Tried to keep presenting as a target forward and helped out in ruck. 5
16 Coll Subbed off with calf injury after booting two goals and looking dangerous. 5
17 WB Started in attack but also spent time in ruck. Three goals a good return in defeat. 6
18 Bris Subbed off after injury in first quarter. 0

4 Port One of the few who could hold his head up with another bullocking display. 7
5 GWS Strong marking brought six goals and was best afield at centre half forward. 8
6 Frem Subbed off with an ankle injury, missed a couple of early shots at goal. 3

2012 Season

1 NEAFL Not his best outing but contributed. -
2 NEAFL Kicked a goal but isn’t impact games like he did last year. -
3 NEAFL Played best quarter of year in third. Ended with four goals. -
4 NEAFL Kicked three early goals. Improving effort. -
5 NM Worked hard and was a lively marking option. Kicked 2.2. 5
6 Frem Physical, great touch with hands and developing well as a second ruckman. 5
7 GWS Didn’t really have an impact on the game at all after hurting his cheekbone. 2
12 NEAFL Pleasing return from facial injury, used in ruck, forward. -
14 WCE Kicked a goal. Threw himself in when he had the chance. 4
15 Geel Used in defence on Hawkins early then pushed up the ground. Worked hard. 5
16 Rich Stationed in defence on McGuane and was OK without starring. 5
17 Bris Looked very comfortable in key defensive role. 7
18 Syd Showed some good aggression and had a good first half. 6
19 Melb Thrashed early by Sellar then went forward/ruck. Struggled most of the match. 4
20 GWS Seemed to relish the chance to ruck, although beaten in hit outs. 5
22 Carl Huge influence on the game. Created some goals with his contesting. 7
23 Adel Did his best to bulldoze his way through every contest. 7
