2017 Season

1 WCE Imposed himself in attack early and marked the ball strongly, but influence waned the further the game went. 5
2 Geel Caused Lonergan all sorts of problems to kick three first-half goals then went goalless in second half. 6
3 GWS Kept presenting and won 11 possessions but only one goal to show for it, and that was from a rubbish free kick. 4
4 WB Kicked four goals and worked up the ground to provide a target for his team. Among the better Roos. 7
5 Frem Provided a target inside 50. Took six marks but only one goal. 6
6 GCS Stood up as main target with three goals in final quarter to finish on six for the night. Terrific game to get Roos up for first win. 8
7 Adel Crunched by Ziebell in first term and hurt shoulder. Returned to boot important third-quarter goal and ended with two. 6
8 Syd Grundy made it hard for him and he had to advance way up the field to chase kicks. Opportunities limited. 3
9 Melb Ended with five critical sausage rolls in what was a dominant key forward performance. 8
10 Carl Well held by Weitering and finished with just the one goal and three marks. 3
11 Rich Horror night. Looked right out of sorts opposed to Rance. Two marks, one goal. 2

13 StK Suffered from irregular and poor delivery and chances were minimal. Not his fault. 2
14 WB Full forward had Roughead to beat. Two goals early in third term and looked dangerous after half time. 6
15 GCS Had three shots at goal in first quarter (1.2) and finished with three goals. 6
16 Frem Booted four goals and competed strongly all day in the front half without much help from Daw. 7
17 Port Double teamed all game, had limited opportunities and still ended up with three goals. 7
18 Ess Almost impossible to stop at full stretch. Dominated Hartley then Hurley who was switched onto him in the last quarter. 6.2 a great return. 9
19 Melb Gave McDonald and Frost nightmares. Ended with four goals and was nearly Roos best in famous win. 9
20 Coll Was beating Dunn with strong leads and marks, but was unusually inaccurate. Knocked out by Grundy tackle in second quarter. 3
21 Haw Dynamite early, and unlucky not to be paid some marks he should’ve got. Finished with three goals, often up against many opponents. 6
22 StK On his namesake Nathan, led strongly early , but didn’t make the most of chances which was unusual. 4
23 Bris Kickless first term on Andrews but then put his marking imprint of the game with seven goals. 8

2016 Season

1 Adel Quiet for long patches but did contribute two goals. Better second half. 5
2 Bris Booted three goals but played second fiddle to Waite. 6
3 Melb Went goalless in attack despite North kicking 21 majors. Has Wood breathing down his neck. 2
4 Frem Marked strongly all night and ended with three goals. Worked well in tandem with Waite, Petrie. 7
5 GCS Got to the right spots and rewarded with a four goal haul. 7
6 WB Lifted along with other tall forwards in third quarter. 4
7 StK Livewire big man troubled Saints at times but big jumps didn’t always come off. 5
8 Ess Couldn’t get into the game at all. One goal from four kicks. 2
9 Carl Two first-term goals but fairly quiet for remaining three quarters. 5
10 Syd Got side going in second term but apart from that slim pickings. One goal. 4
11 Rich Input can’t be measured in stats alone as he barrelled into packs and had impact. 6
12 Geel Eight kicks but none at goal and well held by Henderson. 3
13 Haw Height and strong marking in forward half was a thorn in the Hawks’ side. 6
14 Adel Best tall forward target for the Kangaroos, was a handful for Hartigan. 6
16 WCE Terrific game with four goals and some towering marks. 8
17 Port Hauled in 10 marks and was clearly best for North. Only tall forward who fired. 8
18 Coll Prominent early on N. Brown, but then game flattened out. 5
19 StK Kicked three goals and troubled Saints with high marking. 6
20 WB Knee problem in second term forced him off for rest of game and disrupted attack. 2

22 Syd Struggled early up forward, but got more involved as game wore on. Seven marks, two goals. 5
23 GWS Three early goals and marked strongly opposed to Davis but then struggled for supply. 6
EF Adel Horror night. Three marks, no goals. 1

2015 Season

1 Quad.
2 Bris Big bloke improved the forward set-up with three goals. 5
3 Port Three goals and provided headaches for Trengove. Big tank. 6
4 Geel Got out the back a few times for goals and played a role. Six marks. 6
5 Haw Booted three goals and looked the most dangerous North forward. 7
6 Rich Created some headaches presenting from forward 50 but didn’t star. 5
7 Ess Hardly sighted opening half then injured knee in third and subbed out. 2
8 Knee.
9 Coll Just nine touches in attack and held goalless. Not his best day. 3
10 WCE Two first-quarter goals and ended with three in a pleasing performance. 6
11 Syd Tried hard to present but didn’t hit scoreboard. Seven effective disposals. 4
12 GWS Just one goal and a few marks before being subbed out. 3
14 VFL Kicked four goals and pressed claims for quick recall. -
15 Geel Struggled to get into the contest. Four marks and no goals. 2
16 Ess Towering figure in attack with his contested mark and keenness to get up ground. 8
17 Bris Made the most of his opportunities with three goals. 5
18 Carl Goalless in dominant win. Couldn’t shake Jamison. 3
19 Melb Looked really dangerous early then injured a calf and slowed up. Two goals. 5
20 StK Didn’t get his hands on the ball often. 3
21 Frem Moved well up and down the ground and bagged a couple of goals 6
22 WB Didn’t get into it in first half. Seven marks but little else. 3
23 Rich Kept running under the ball in marking contests. Came into it late. 5
EF Rich Played a bit-part role in attack but continually provided a contest. 5
SF Syd Got to plenty of contests, but held only two marks. 3
PF WCE Early goal but struggled with marking and missed handball to Higgins costly. 4

2014 Season

1 PM Played in attack and was a touch quiet. -
2 PM Kicked four goals in development league trial. -
3 Didn’t play for Werribee.

9 VFL Kicked two goals on return from a knee injury. -
10 VFL Kicked two goals and provided a good target in attack. -
11 VFL Bye. -
12 VFL Kicked 2.2 and took six marks in attack for the Tigers. -
13 VFL Shared ruck duties with Daw after Currie went down. Good. -
14 Melb Debutant competed well and kicked first goal of career. Five marks. 4
15 Bris Subbed out in third quarter after four touches. 3
16 Haw Contributed as tall alternative in attack with a couple of goals 4
17 StK Again showed energy down forward and did well. 5
18 Finger.
19 VFL Inaccurate in front of goal. Had 14 disposals, seven marks. -
20 GWS Chipped in with two goals on return to senior team. Went OK. 5
21 WB Started well with early goal and had good energy. Brought others into it. 5
22 Adel Lots of energy and enthusiasm in attack. Subbed off three-quarter time. 4
23 Melb Put up his hand to play against Essendon with three smart goals in attack. 7
EF Ess Sparked revival to finish with four critical goals. Huge. 8
SF Geel Not the force of the previous week but energetic in attack. 3
PF Syd Presented up well and despite limited stats he did OK. Positive season. 5
