7 VFL Chipped in with three handy goals in a hard-fought win. Will need another week or two in the VFL. -
8 Didn’t play for Footscray VFL.
9 Geel First game for the year. Kicked two goals from seven kicks and will be better for the run after interrupted pre-season. 4
10 StK Slowish start but then kicked a handy goal when scoring was tight. 5
11 Bye.
12 Syd Kicked a goal, but never really threatened in the front half. 3
13 Melb Well beaten across half forward all day. Only goal came late when the game was done and dusted. 2
14 NM One kick in opening half and two for the match. Form reaching a point where he might need a spell in the VFL. 1
15 WCE Couldn’t buy a touch in the first half and managed one opportunist’s goal in the third term. 2
16 Chimed in with three goals in the win. Played his part in that respect.
17 VFL The forward added two goals and 17 disposals, but wasn't very clean with disposal use. -
18 Senior emergency.
19 Ess Jagged two goals in first term and another in the third to end with that number for the day. Six kicks. 6
20 Quad.
21 GWS Jagged nice long goal from set shot early but after quarter time he was sighted less than the Loch Ness monster. 3
22 Port Aside from one first term shot for goal, rarely sighted. Laid five tackles at least. 3
23 VFL Just the one goal to cap off a disappointing season. -

2016 Season

1 Adductor.

4 VFL First game back from a quad injury netted one goal. Got through unscathed. -
5 Bris First game for the year and got his two goals. Will be better for the run. 5
6 NM Picked up by McMillan at start and not as incisive as usual. 4
7 Adel Three goals in another heady display highlighted by making most of limited opportunities. 6
8 Melb Two goals but relatively well held for most of the afternoon. One inside-50. 4
9 GWS Struggled in the forward half until the last quarter where he kicked 2.1. 3
10 Coll Early goal, but well held til late in game when he spun out of pack for a goal. 5
11 WCE Missed chance for a goal in final term but did set up a couple. Four inside-50s. 5
12 Port Apart from his two goals from three set shots, was underwhelming. 5
13 Geel Still seems to be working back to match fitness and yet to hit heights of last year. 4
15 Syd Quiet night in attack. 3
16 Rich One goal in the second term the only highlight. No inside-50s telling. 5
17 GCS Presented well in forward half and up the ground. 5
18 StK Generally well held in forward line. 4
19 Geel Three first-half goals then went right out of the game after half time. 6
20 NM One of better Bulldog forwards. Only one goal but had good score involvements. 5
21 Coll Quiet night in attack, but still nipped in for two goals. 3
22 Ess Gave Dea early headaches with first two goals then reined in. 4
23 Frem Booted three goals. Gave the team a target. 6
EF WCE Returned to form at the right time with two goals and dangerous in attack. Cramped late. 7
SF Haw Uncharacteristic three missed shots in first half, but found target with goal later. 4
PF GWS Maximised opportunities with four goals and had running verbal joust with Shaw. 7
GF Syd Dangerous whenever he had ball inside 50. Three goals from seven kicks. 7

2015 Season

1 WCE Hardly sighted first half but chimed in with a goal in third and fourth terms. 5
2 Rich Four goals to be the match-winner up forward. 8
3 Haw Not a big impact at half forward. 3
4 Adel On Brown and didn’t have huge impact. 4
5 Syd Laidler ran with him at times. Battled hard but didn’t hit the scoreboard. 4
6 StK Continued to work hard even when tide was swinging against Dogs. 6
7 Frem Career day in attack. Seven goals and continued to get goalside of opponents. 9
8 Melb Couldn’t get into the contest at all. One mark and one shot at goal. 1
9 GWS Showed goal-getting ability with three in first half. Added another later. 7
10 Port Rarely broke away from the tight marking of Jonas. 4
12 Bris Kicked long early goal and finished with three. Did his bit. 5
13 StK Always poses threat as small forward. Roberton shaded him. 4
14 Carl In and out of the game but played role when required. 5
15 GCS Other than late goal, wasn’t his night. 3
16 Geel Straight shooter ended with three goals to help keep side in the contest. 7
17 Coll Didn’t look like missing in front of the big sticks. Ended with 4.0. 7

2014 Season

1 WCE After an uneventful 11 disp he was subbed out midway through third term. 3
2 Senior emergency.
3 VFL Found the goals well – four majors, and did some handy things. -
4 VFL Kicked a few goals and presented well on the lead. -
5 VFL Kicked four goals and always loomed as the Dogs gamebreaker. -
6 Adel Kicked three goals and was a hard worker in the front half. 6
7 Ess Struggled to get involved. 3
8 Melb Injured shoulder first term. Subbed out before half time. 1

1 Bris Bagged first goal and had good game. 4

20 Carl Got his hands on the ball early opposed to Walker. Given plenty of leg rope. 5
21 Adel Proved unlikely match-winner with a career-best six goals. 9
22 Bris Only one goal after six previous week. Not much seemed to go right for him. 3

2012 Season

1 WCE Got to some good spots but just couldn’t capitalise when ball in his area. 3
2 Adel Entered the fray in the last term and managed eight possessions. 4
3 VFL OK first half. Was taken off ground as senior emergency. -
4 VFL Kicked a goal and had some nice touches. -
5 VFL Chipped in with three vital goals in seven-point win. -
6 VFL Kicked all three Williamstown goals. Brave effort. -
7 NM Kicked three first-half goals en route to four to be a key factor. 7
8 GCS Goalless but worked hard up the ground for his 18 possessions. 6
9 Geel Kicked one goal but that was about his only highlight. 3
10 Syd Picked up 10 contested possessions on the half-forward flank. 4
12 Port Kicked an early goal and ended with four from limited opportunities. 7
13 Bris One goal and at least looked half dangerous on occasions. 6
14 Ess Tackled hard but didn’t have a major say. 4
15 Frem Kicked three goals and was someone who could hold his head high. 6
