7 Adel Great workrate as a forward. Plenty of the ball and took nearly a dozen marks. If radar was on, could have had a bagful. 8
8 Syd Didn’t have any effect on the game at half forward and made basic errors. 2
9 Melb Looked sharp with three goals, including two rippers from tight angles. Flies for his marks and gets into good spots. 7
10 Carl Only had the eight touches but they were all class. Always dangerous forward of centre. Steadied the ship with long range goal late. 6
11 Rich Two goals in second term and that was about all he contributed for the entire night. Five kicks. 3

1 Werribee didn’t play.
