5 GWS Eased back in welcome return but still readjusting to tempo. 4
6 Carl First half was super then faded in second half as Blues got on top. Ended with 26 disposals and seven inside-50s. 7
7 Bris Ran through midfield and got plenty of the Sherrin in the first half. Drifted out of the game in second half though. 6
8 NM Starting to find his best touch and was a handy part of the team. 7
9 StK Started well but then dropped off until final stages. 5
10 Haw Butchered the ball at times, but was influential late. Ended with two goals and pressed hard until final siren. 6
11 Bye.
12 WB Worked up and down the ground faster than the bedsprings on a Spaniards honeymoon. Ended night with 30 touches, six inside-50s. 8
13 Rich Steady without starring but couple of things he did were class. Only 12 of 22 touches hit the target; five clearances. 7
14 Ess Kicked two goals and had a big say in the end result. One of the Swans best. 8
15 Melb Played his part with 25 touches and a goal. Steady contributor. 7
16 GCS Kept Fiorini out of the contest on the flanks. 20 disposals and 6 marks for the blonde haired winger. 7
17 GWS Tough and hard, and kept Heath Shaw in check. 11 contested disposals and seven tackles. 7
18 StK Attacked the ball strongly and applied dubious lift tackle on Geary. 6
19 Haw One of Sydney's best with 25 disposals and a few jarring tackles. 7
20 Geel Unusually not a key performer. Kicked one great goal in final term and that was his best in a 19-disposal effort. 6
21 Frem Blended his inside and outside work really well. Received some early attention from Sutcliffe but didn’t impact him. 7
22 Adel Took on Rory Sloane and came off second best. 6
23 Carl Worked into the game after slow start. Didn’t do a lot but what he did was pretty good. Marked strongly. 5
EF Ess Utility played a variety of roles and dangerous with anything he touched; 13 disposals, two goals. 6
SF Geel Apart from third term he was quieter than a cotton-wool covered marshmallow. 4

2016 Season

1 Coll Missed a few chances but worked hard up from half forward in the old Ryan O’Keefe role. 7
2 Carl Not big numbers but played a role up forward and through the middle. 5
3 GWS Quiet day for the young Swan rotating through the midfield and up forward. 3
4 Adel Fantastic game with four goals and five scoring assists. 8
5 WCE Stats weren’t big but work-rate and intensity in packs were important. 5
6 Bris Moderate performance. Well shadowed by Gardiner. 6
7 Ess Incredibly strong overhead with three contested marks and deserved every one of his five goals. 8
8 Rich Drifted forward off a wing to start and kicked a nice goal. Worked hard defensively too. 6
9 Haw Matched with Stratton initially and not outbustled. Quieter second half. 6
10 NM Kicked a goal and did a few handy things but lowered colours to Thompson. 4
11 GCS Well contained for most of the evening, though booted a late goal. 3
12 GWS Difficult outing for the youngster – managed just four kicks. 3
13 Melb Hardly sighted in front half in attacking sense but did lay 13 tackles. 3
15 WB Bulldogs never let him get a run at the ball and go for marks. 3
16 Managed.
17 NEAFL Outstanding in tight (14 contested possessions). Seven clearances, two goals. -
18 Carl Quiet first half in forward line, but went on to make a positive impact in the midfield. 5
19 Frem Finished with four majors. Had a big day. 7
20 Port Super in front half with two goals and 25 touches – 16 were contested. One of the best. 8
21 StK Good in first half down forward but then he tapered. 5
22 NM OK without being spectacular across half forward. 4
23 Rich Presented superbly up the ground to take 10 marks. Showing good signs leading into finals. 6
QF GWS Good work-rate up ground into back half. Won his own ball in tight, but fumbly at times. 5
SF Adel Started on a wing opposed to Mackay. Huge first half set tone. Late goal capped it off. 8
PF Geel Impeccably clean in handling of the ball and great tackler. Finals made for him. 8
GF WB Did all he could to lift team, particularly in final term when he went to another level. 7

2015 Season

1 Ess Easy to see what all the excitement is about. Kicked crucial goal at end. 6
2 Port Swans wonder kid continues to impress, does not look out of place. 6
3 GWS Jagged four goals to highlight his talent that has 250-gamer written all over it. 8
4 Frem Three disposals and subbed out. 1
5 Ankle.
6 Melb Injured knee late in the second term and was immediately subbed out. 1

14 NEAFL OK early but drifted from game and rested in final term. -
15 NEAFL Put hand up for senior recall with 29 possessions in win. -
16 NEAFL Ready to return after starring with 29 touches and 2.3. -
17 WCE Not sighted early but bobbed up for two classy third-term goals. 5
18 Adel Brown kept close watch on him and he had minimal impact. 3
19 Geel Some of his efforts were all class. Knee injury appeared to slow him. 5
20 Coll On Williams. In the wars with corked thigh suffered in third term. 5
21 GWS Creative across half forward and building nicely. 6
22 StK Super talented kid bagged four goals on Webster. 7
23 GCS Two goals and looked lively. Something special about way he plays. 6
QF Frem Appeared to injure leg early. Eight kicks at half forward but no goals. 4
SF NM Struggled to impact with his limited possessions. Two inside-50s, no goals. 4
