Andrew KRAKOUER

2013 Digest:   Returned for four games last year (three finals) after a knee reconstruction during the 2012 pre-season. With a full summer of training under his belt the livewire forward is well placed to rekindle his 2011 form that netted 35 goals after his three years out of the game. Has some youngsters snapping at his heels so will need to be sharp.

2013 NAB Cup:   Played NAB 1 then not seen since. Club guarded about the problem, but cause for concern.

2	VFL	Disappointing day in VFL win. Needed to involved himself more.	–
3	VFL	Looked sharp in the midfield. Dominated the third quarter.	–
4	VFL	Stood out with 36 possessions in Magpie midfield.	–
5	VFL	Continued his strong form in midfield. A class above at times.	–
6	StK	One effective disposal in first half not enough. One goal but too much staging.	3
7	Frem	Kicked two goals and was lively at times. Not enough defensive pressure though.	4
8	Geel	Kicked three goals including two in final term when game was on the line.	7
9	Syd	Only an intermittent involvement. Lacking pace but touch is first class.	4
10	Bris	Lively effort without scoreboard impact (0.3).	5

12	VFL	Best afield in Pies narrow win. Good mix of attack and defence.	–

14	VFL	Super after half time and was the catalyst for the Magpies turnaround.	–
15	Carl	Got involved after sluggish start and lively forward of centre. One goal.	6
16	Adel	Three goals in terrific second quarter was big impact at vital stage.	6

23	Ess	Closely watched in his return. Played a part and Magpies were satisfied.	5
QF	Haw	Kicked four goals and the only forward option apart from Cloke.	7
SF	WCE	Pushed up ground after half time to get involved. Didn’t hit the scoreboard.	5
PF	Syd	On Smith and didn’t get many opportunities. Hands were clean in congestion.	4
