8 VFL Didn’t use the footy that well, but was a handy contributor at stages.
9 VFL Excellent in midfield with 31 possessions and eight clearances.
10 VFL One of the Bombers best. Had 35 touches, nine, clearances and nine inside 50s. Immense.
11 GWS Spent time at half forward and in middle. Just three kicks, and will be looking over his shoulder. 6
12 Port Did a few good things, but didn’t always hit the target with his disposals. 5

14 Syd Just the one kick in the first hour, but threw himself at the footy and was important in second half. 5

17 VFL Had 22 touches, eight clearances and seven inside 50s. Right on the fringe of seniors.
18 VFL His game was almost a carbon copy of Hocking's. Mountain of work within the contest with little assistance on the outside.
19 VFL Did a bit of everything with 22 disposals, 15 contested possessions, four rebound 50s, three inside 50s and seven tackles.
20 Carl Came in for sixth game of the year and was moderate; 12 disposals, six tackles and one goal. 4
21 Adel Couldn’t win enough of the ball. 3

1 Syd Sub came on very early and immediately knuckled down to work. 6
2 Haw Subbed out after having no impact in three quarters. 2
3 Carl Bobbed up to kick three goals rotating between forward and back. 7
4 Coll Flitted in and out of game. Five inside-50s but unable to hit the scoreboard. 5
5 StK Tackled desperately and plays every game as if it is his last. 7
6 Frem Kicked a goal in the final term but didn’t do enough early. 3
7 NM Sub. On third term to replace Langford but not the impact coach would like. 1
8 Bris Admirable workrate in midfield and tackled hard all day. 7
9 Rich Laid six tackles and battled hard through the midfield. 6
10 Geel Went to Selwood for large chunks but task was tough. Struggled. 3
11 WCE Played as a quasi full forward at times. Tough job. 4
13 VFL Influential with attack on ball and man. Kicked a goal.

2 Haw Battled hard but lacks the polish to really hurt an opponent – efficiency well down. 4

5 StK Not the worst but didn’t have great impact. 4
6 Coll Won 12 contested possessions, five clearances and five inside-50s to be involved. 7
