2017 Season

1 WCE Other than one mark and goal, didn’t really look like getting involved outside the ruck contests. 3
2 Geel Aggressive ruckman dominated the hit-outs and was handy around the ball. Couple of efforts were clumsy in attacking opponents. 7
3 GWS The ex-rugby league player started in the ruck against his idol Mumford and made a grand contest of it. Two fine goals. 7
4 WB Big man battled hard and was handy in what proved a great duel with Campbell. 4
5   Rested.  
6 VFL Dominated ruck and was far superior to the Bomber big men. Early in game set up clearance domination.
7 VFL A big reason why Werribee were able to get back into, and win the game. Big effort in the ruck.
8 VFL Dominated the ruck with 45 hitouts, but Collingwood midfielders controlled the clearances.
9 VFL Obliterated the Roosters rucks with 55 hitouts. Only took the one mark though.
10   Senior emergency.  
11 VFL Solid ruck battle with Maric and co. 26 hitouts and 11 possessions.
12   Bye.  
13 VFL Got the better of Blues rucks after Phillips went off. 48 hitouts and 15 possessions.
14 VFL Had 63 hitouts in a massive effort in ruck against the Dogs. Also had 17 possessions.

16 VFL Had 30 hitouts and was going well until getting injured.

19 Melb Back in the team and not a factor outside of ruck contests. 3
20 Coll Barely sighted. Didn’t use his big frame in any authoritative manner. 1
21 Haw Played a key role in the Roos 3rd quarter comeback with his physicality. Took some good marks and kicked two goals. 5
22 StK Treated for shoulder problem in second quarter . Wasn’t a big influence on the game. 3

2016 Season

1   Werribee didn’t play.  
2   Played in VFL trial against Footscray.  
3   Suspended.  
4 VFL A presence around ground in development league and his ruck work was a feature.
5 VFL Bye.
6 VFL 16 hit-outs, but had no impact when ball the deck.
7 VFL Did OK in the ruck with 25 hit-outs but needs to add to ground-level game.
8 VFL Rucked for much of day against Pittonet and more than held his own. 43 hit-outs.
9 VFL Competed well in the ruck against Zebras’ triple-ruck rotation. 23 hitouts.
10 VFL Bye.
11 VFL OK in ruck contests against Witts, but offered little around the ground.
12 VFL Battled away against Maric and held his own for long periods.
13 VFL Toiled hard in the ruck to win 42 hit-outs and kicked a goal when he went forward.
14 VFL Tried hard in the ruck and laid five tackles in honourable loss to Coburg.
15 VFL Bye.
16 VFL Dominated the ruck duels with close to 70 hit-outs. One of his best games.
17 VFL Ruckman won a few hit-outs and had three clearances but impact down.
18 VFL Dominated the ruck against Stephenson and Eagles. 45 hit-outs.
19 VFL Got the ball rolling in middle with nice ruckwork. 37 hit-outs.
20 VFL Had 31 hitouts in battle with Pittonet and co. Had colors lowered.
21 VFL Battled valiantly against Spencer in ruck but had colors lowered.
22 VFL No impact aside from 30 hitouts in ruck battle with Minson.
23 VFL Impressive in ruck against Longer and Pierce with 33 hit-outs.

2015 Season

3 VFL Did some good things playing in attack and ruck.
4 VFL Combined with Daw to tackle Currie. 30 hitouts.
5 VFL Hard worker in attack and relieving in ruck.
6 VFL Battled hard up front but had little supply.
7 VFL Worked hard in ruck. 15 disposals, 13 hitouts.
8 VFL Only played a half and wasn’t a big factor.
9 VFL Rucked in absence of Stephenson and was serviceable.
10 VFL Battled gamely in ruck against Holmes and Pierce.
11 VFL Continued to try hard. 29 hitouts and nine possessions.
