8 VFL Rarely plays a bad game at VFL level and was steady again.
9 Carl Got on end of good move for first Roos’ goal in second term. OK in first game for third club. 5

11 VFL Not his best outing with just 19 possessions on the wing, but was handy at times.

8 Carl Couldn’t get a hold on the game early, but then not too bad. 5

1 GCS Had a mixed bag game taking some excellent marks but then mishandled. 5

3 GWS Sub came on very early and had a very good game. 7
4 Ess Had minding role on Stanton and was beaten. 4
5 VFL Bounced back to form with 27 possessions, nine marks.
6 VFL Finished with 26 disposals and played a vital role in the win.
7 Carl Late inclusion who ran to space to create. Solid return to side. 5
8 Adel Worked hard and ran to create moves. 6
9 WB Did a few nice things but not overly influential. 5
10 NM Picked up plenty of the ball and use was much better. 5
11 WCE Strong running game all day. Ball use was much better too. 7
13 Melb Started team off with instant goal and proceeded to be a busy player. 8
14 Rich Marked fairly well and wasn’t the worst. 5

1 Port Came on late and had minimal impact. 2
2 VFL Serviceable outing but a long way from his best.
4 VFL 25 disposals running through the midfield.
5 VFL Better than Peake and gave a bit of leadership and direction.
6 VFL 32 possessions to be among the Zebras best.
7 Carl Ran hard and put clamps on Simpson on a wing after quarter time. 7

9 Syd Good battle with McGlynn. Solid in his 150th game. 6
10 Rich Followed Martin around, did OK but lowered his colours. 4
