9 Bris A debut he'll never forget. The former US college basketballer landed two goals within 60 seconds. Finished with three. 6
10 Frem Got to spend some time on the mercurial Nat Fyfe, not as polished as his debut but laid eight tackles to make his presence felt. 4
11 Geel Youngster not the worst with 18 possessions and team-high 11 tackles, which showed up some teammates. 6
12 StK Getting more confident with each game, used his basketball nous to intercept many errant handballs. 5

14 Haw One of the few shining lights for Adelaide with two goals, six clearances and nine tackles. 7
15 Carl Rotated between Cripps and Murphy and stood up in the last term with some strong contested marks. 5

17 Melb Long arms were handy in midfield to intercept handballs and lay tackles. 5
18 Geel Kicked a ripping goal out of mid-air in first term and played superbly. Tough, rugged and was in everything at times. 7
19 Coll Struggled to make any impression on the game. 4
20 Port Playing his role in the midfield, does the things which go unnoticed at times, laid a game high 13 tackles and kicked as goal as well. 6
21 Ess Youngster impressed with a strong finish to his game. 5
22 Syd Struggled early but redeemed himself with 11 tackles and five inside-50’s. 6

QF GWS Did 95 per cent of his work inside the contest – 17 contested possessions. Combativeness vital. 7
PF Geel A Yeti was seen more than him. Four effective touches and gave zilch. 1
GF Rich Great stoppage goal in first term but that only highlight of what was a pretty good year. 3

1 SANFL Kicked a goal and didn't look overawed on debut.
2 SANFL Still learning the caper. Didn’t do much wrong.
3 SANFL Booted a crucial goal just before half-time and had his moments.

5 SANFL Superb athletic, physical display. Booted three first-half majors.
6 SANFL Had a crack but couldn't match his amazing feats of a week prior.
7 SANFL Sparkling. Kicked 2.4 and had a major influence throughout.

9 SANFL Exciting, especially early. Looked dangerous in midfield and forward.

11 SANFL Awesome toe-poke goal off the ground was his highlight.
