2017 Season

1
2 GWS Had a few big tasks in defence and was found wanting. Had a dip, but out of his depth. 3
3 NEAFL Played his part but wasn’t a star in big win. 10 possessions.
4 Carl Showed a bit down back. Had a few crucial contests where he stood up and the Suns were able to clear. 5
5 Adel Can hold his head high after keeping Walker to just two goals. 6
6 NM With key defenders out he was handed a big job on Brown and constantly trailed the big Roo to the ball. 2
7 Geel Took Black and job okay. Still makes some mistakes but all good experience for the 11-gamer. 4
8 Port Big task on the in-form Dixon and was outsized and manoeuvred a few times. Kept at it though. 4
9   Bye.
10 Melb Turned into Alex Rance down back, intercepting Demon attacks at will. His best game at league level. 7
11 WCE Another Sun to stand tall and was composed in defence. Spoiled and marked when needed. 7
12 Haw Played role on Gunston among others. Still looks a little shaky at times with ball in hand but kept battling. 3
13 Carl Kept busy with Casboult strong through the air. Was defensively sound and composed. 6
14 StK Hard-working tall defender who started on Bruce and gave a solid display. 6
