2017 Digest:   Career has stalled in the past two seasons after looking like being a future star. JLT form solid, but can go up a few gears.

2017 NAB Cup:

2017 Season

1 Syd Still frustrates with decision-making but chimed in with a critical goal to stem the tide early in final term. 7
2 Frem Set the game up in the first term with his outside run and pin point passes. 6
3 Adel His run and carry were crucial when Port were on top early. 7
4 GWS Just 14 touches and tends to go missing when Port isn’t going as well. Needs to work on his consistency. 4
5 Carl Back to the form of 2013/2014, selfless running along the wings and hitting the scoreboard. 8
6 Bris Worked his way into the contest after a quiet first half. 6
7 WCE When he pumps the footy inside-50 something usually happens, back to the form of 2013/14. 7
8 GCS Port’s barometer through midfield. Continually broke the lines and won the ball at ground level. 7
9   Bye.
10 Geel Great first half (18 disposals) while slowed up a tad he ended with 29, five tackles, three clearances and a goal. 8

17 NM Big second term with six possessions, two tackles and a goal. Steady otherwise. 6
18 Melb Rolled off a wing and wasn’t a factor for long periods. Burst in and out when Port made a run. 4
19 StK Put his body on the line and had a strong first half and even better second half. 7
20 Adel Started well when the game was still a contest with some penetrating footy from halfback. 6
21 Coll When the Power play well Polec is front and centre, when they are under threat or pressure seems to disappear, a worrying trend. 6
22 WB Ran off a wing opposed to Dale initially. Finished with 23 touches and had some bursts in final term that were handy. 7
23 GCS Big goal from outside 50 in the third term when the rain of inside-50’s was embarrassing the Suns. 6
EF WCE 25 possessions, but would have expected him to be more clinical with touches at times. 6

2016 Season

7 Bris Running with the freedom of playing injury free. 7
8 Carl Started well with Curnow paying close attention. Drifted in and out in final three quarters. 5
9 WCE Lively, did his best to get the crowd involved with a goal in the last term. 7

17 SANFL Damaging with two goals, seven inside 50s, six tackles.
18 GWS Costly turnover at the start of the last term led to consecutive Giants goals. 5
19 Bris Big second and third terms when massive win was set-up before slight fadeout. 7

21 Melb Back to blistering best, pace was back and his willingness to take the game on. 8
22 Adel Seven inside-50s and a goal, is in excellent form. 7
23 GCS Used his raking left foot to break the lines. 5

22 Carl His speed and movement around stoppages impressed. 7
