2017 Digest:   Limited game time in JLT opener but slightly injured calf. Missed a couple of weeks but right for SANFL start.

3 SANFL Always in the action and was a damaging contributor.
4 SANFL Kicked a goal and was rock solid for most of the afternoon.
5 SANFL Showed glimpses of his undoubted talent. Can hold is head high despite big loss.
6 SANFL He was always a threat to Port’s defenders. Kicked a goal and provided six inside 50s.
7 SANFL Had his moments and competed hard but it wasn’t a day to be a Crows forward.
8 SANFL Bye.
9 SANFL Ran his old side ragged. 23 touches, two goals and 12 grabs including a sensational Mark of the Year contender.
10 SANFL 29 touches, three goals and eight marks. Pushed his AFL claims with a standout display.
11 SANFL Had his moments. Certainly wasn’t Adelaide’s worst in big loss.
12 StK Making his AFL Debut at 25 years of age and finished the game with his first AFL goal. 5

15 Carl May find it difficult to keep his place in the side, disposal efficiency letting him down. 4

18 SANFL Didn’t come close to providing his usual brilliance. The Redlegs did their homework on him.

2 SANFL Slotted a goal and took some nice grabs. Always threatened.
3 SANFL Impressive again on the wing with 23 possessions and two goals.

5 SANFL Outstanding. Marked powerfully and slotted three majors.
6 SANFL Missed a couple of shots and was quiet after half-time.
7 SANFL Solid effort on the wing in Crows' hard-fought win.
