2012 Digest:   Looking to come back after being told he might never play again following hip surgery that has kept him out for the best part of 18 months. Club taking a cautious approach and he’ll need plenty of time in the VFL. It’s quite conceivable he doesn’t play seniors this year but sets the foundation for a full pre-season in the lead-up to 2013.

13	VFL	Returned from injury with 12 touches. Good game.	–
14	VFL	Did well down back and displayed clean hands.	–
16	GCS	First game in well over a year and had hands full with first gamer Hall.	4
17	NM	Apart from one howling mistake that cost a goal he was handy all day.	5
