3   Handy at times in attack to end with two goals. Given himself a foundation to salvage his career.  
4 PM Another tall who saw time at both ends of the ground. Kicked three goals in an encouraging outing.
5 VFL Kicked two goals and took some nice marks. The question is, can he do this at AFL level? Jury is still out.
6 VFL Used the ball well by foot. Blended inside and outside work nicely, with eight contested possessions and seven uncontested.
7 VFL Controlled the back half in the air with 12 marks. Looks more comfortable in defence.
8 VFL Excellent game in attack. Booted five goals and took some great marks. Now needs to back it up.
9 VFL Good down back hauling in 10 marks and keeping his opponents in check.

12 VFL Did his job fairly well down back. 15 possessions and eight rebounds.
13 VFL Booted three goals, but was outmaneuvered a few times in attack.
14 VFL Had better days in the defensive half. Reported too.

16 VFL Did some good work in the back half. Now needs to consistently show it.
17 VFL Not much impact. Looked dangerous when ball was in the area, but invisible when the pill wasn't there.
18 VFL Inconsistent day. Created chances for the smalls at times but needs to respect and value the contest more often. Just the nine touches.
19 VFL Aerial work was much better and he applied good pressure at ground level. Finished with four goals.
20 VFL Booted four goals and presented strongly in attack. Good effort.
21   Suspended.  
22 VFL Goalless, but worked hard and continually gave a target.
23 VFL Goalless from his nine possessions. His trade just hasn’t worked out.

2016 Season

1   Played in VFL trial against Richmond.  
2   Played in VFL trial against Port Melbourne.  
3 VFL Played down back but didn’t feature to any great extent. Kicked a goal.
4 VFL Played forward and contributed three goals. Steady performance without starring.
5 VFL Three goals for second week in a row. Must be getting close to senior selection.
6 VFL One goal but certainly didn’t star. Couldn’t question effort but things didn’t fall right
7   Not sighted and was shifted all over the place. Not a great day for marking players.  
8 VFL Six marks (two contested) and had a huge nine rebound 50s. Got get call up.
9 VFL Kicked four goals from six marks (three contested). Three goals in second half.
10   Ill.  
11 VFL Four marks but kicked 1.3. Not a great day for marking forwards given the wet.
12 VFL Jagged four goals from six marks and looked dangerous up forward.
13 VFL Bye.
14 VFL Kicked 1.3 from five marks and 11 kicks. Missed some chances.
15 VFL Two goals from four marks but his career is stagnating. Needs a lift.
16 VFL Grabbed a bit of the ball and took seven marks. Might be worth a call up.
17 WCE Couldn’t get into the game up forward then went back. Two marks. 3
18 VFL Kicked 2.3 from seven marks (two contested). Competed hard.
19 VFL Five marks, four inside-50s and two goals. Handy without dominating.

2015 Season

1 Rich Had hands full with Griffiths and shifted forward. Needs bulk but promising. 4

3 VFL Back from injury and did well in defence with nine marks.
4   Senior emergency.  
5 Coll Matched on White early. Well short of the mark at the moment. 2
6 Bris Matched to Leuenberger for long periods and not bad defending him. 4
7 GWS Outpointed by Stewart. Has a lot to learn. 2
8 VFL Had hands full down back with resting Bomber rucks.
9 VFL Serviceable down back but turned the ball over.
10 VFL Pressed forward for a goal in loss to Lions.
11 VFL Bye.
12 VFL Five rebound and a goal but lacked impact.
13 VFL 19 touches down back and was composed when required.
14 VFL Under pressure in defence and copped a knock to the head.
15 VFL Better than previous weeks. Kicked goal and looked at home.
16 VFL Kicked two goals but lacked support in attack.

18 VFL Looked a mile off. Needs to lift.
19 VFL Played forward and had next to no impact. Battling.
20 Bris Another forward who didn’t have a big enough impact. 5

1 PM Continued his development down back.
2 NEAFL Rebounded well from half-back.
3 NEAFL Fantastic effort playing on Dean Towers.
4 NEAFL Couldn’t back up last week’s effort.
5 NEAFL Bye.
6 NEAFL Took 12 marks in defence. Sturdy effort.
7 NEAFL Full back did well, rarely losing a one-on-one.
8 NEAFL Conceded a couple of free kicks and goals.
9 NEAFL Bye.
10 NEAFL Had some good moments and kicked a goal.
11 Haw Deployed down back and beaten by Gunston before being moved. 4
12 Ess Had his hands full when on Daniher. 2
13 NEAFL Very good with 23 possessions and 8 rebound 50s.
14 Carl Adjusting to a defensive position, he also slotted a lovely goal. 5
15 Syd Converted into a defender, settling in nicely this season. 5
16 Adel Spent time on Podsiadly but ineffective. Subbed off in third term. 3
17 NEAFL Didn’t have a massive day in NEAFL win over Suns.
