2016 Digest:   Started 2015 in the NEAFL but worked his way back into the best 22 to be a consistent player for most of the season. Again has worked hard over summer to give himself the best opportunity to be a regular again.

2016 NAB Cup:   A bit part player in two matches then had a run with the reserves against Southport. On the fringes.

2016 Season

Played for : Gold Coast

1		Played in NEAFL trial against Brisbane.
2		Senior emergency.
3	NEAFL	Huge first term but dropped off a touch thereafter. Still ended with 27 disposals.	–
4	NEAFL	Relished the service provided in midfield to be among the Suns best.	–
5	NM	Horror return to the side. Just could not get involved.	1

7	NEAFL	OK with 26 touches and a goal but not banging the door down.	–
8	NEAFL	Won a truckload of ball in midfield battle against the tide but injured late.	–
9	Adel	Struggled to get involved.	3
10	WCE	Won’t enjoy the replay of him missing a simple shot for goal.	3
11	NEAFL	Hard worker in horrible conditions. 22 possessions a good return.	–

2014 Season

1	PM	Did well in the midfield for the Suns reserves.	–
2	NEAFL	Worked hard on the inside but didn’t have an impact.	–
3	Bris	Gave his opponent a bit too much space but tried hard.	4
4	Haw	Quiet and subbed off at half time.	1
5	Melb	Aggressive at man and ball but didn’t win enough ball to hurt Demons.	2
6	GWS	Defensive role across half forward and did OK.	4
7	NM	Sub. On for Nicholls in the third term and only had a handful of touches.	1
9	StK	Played forward and had an impact. 21 touches and a goal a good return.	7
10	WB	Kicked two goals which were handy in his role at half forward.	6
11	Adel	Little impact across half forward.	3
12	Syd	Played up forward and was handy in attack with Smith tailing him.	5

14	Geel	Sub. Two goals as was the desired result after coming on in two stints.	4

1	StK	Kicked a couple of important goals and pressured well.	5
2	Syd	Outsized and outclassed by the Swans' key defenders, although his pressure was OK.	4
3	Bris	Has an impact in last quarter when subbed into match.	3
4	Port	Two horror turnovers with his first two touches, and didn't really get better.	3
5		Senior emergency.
6	NEAFL	Didn’t set the world on fire. Needs to string performances together.	–
7	NEAFL	Bye.	–
8	WB	Good impact as sub during second half.	4
9	Haw	Sub came on at start of third term and had a real impact.	5
10	Geel	Solid playing a role on a wing at times. Kicked a goal and had five inside-50s.	7
11	NM	Probably his best game for the club and kicked two goals.	7
12	Ess	Used at half forward and was Ok without playing a major role.	5
14		Hip.
15	Bris	No real impact.	4
16	Rich	Mopped up well at times in defence and competed hard in one-on-ones.	6
17	Coll	Snuck under the radar to get plenty of the footy.	5
18	Carl	Went about his business with little fuss and played his role.	6
19	WCE	In defence on Hams at first and had a solid day.	5

21	Port	Had the run with role on Hamish Hartlett and was OK.	6

1	Adel	Couple of poor decisions marred an OK contribution.	4
2	StK	Showed a bit despite heavy loss. Attack on footy good.	6

5	NM	Substitute gathered 10 touches in second half and kicked a nice goal.	4
6	Frem	Ran hard all night and is starting to look far more comfortable.	6
7	GWS	Very useful taking 10 marks and used the ball to his team mates’ advantage.	6
8	WB	Tackled well at times to go with his 14 possessions.	5
10	Coll	Showed desperation unlike a couple of older teammates. Can hold head high.	6
