2017 Season

1	NM	Got the Eagles going with four goals in the first hour and a bit. Made the most of Roos' slack defensive checking.	8
2	StK	Another forward who struggled for most of the night. Most of his disposals came in the final term.	4
3	Rich	‘Mr Opportunity’ missed some sitters. 3 goals off 7 scoring shots was disappointing when comparing to his standards.	6
4	Syd	Bobbed up with a second term goal, then the first major of the second half. Sprayed the ball at times though.	5
5	Haw	Floated up from forward 50 and was handy early. Then must have done a smokey with Duggan.	4
6	Frem	Dangerous inside 50 and kicked three goals.	6
7	Port	Three goals in the first term and another late in the third quarter proved to be crucial.	7
8	WB	Off target like LeCras. Booted three behinds and wasted a shot late in the final term by dribbling from long range.	5
9	Ess	Wasn’t able to hit the scoreboard enough to ever worry the Bombers. Just the three behinds.	3

11	GCS	Unhappy return for Eagle veteran. Another who would be concerned on his place in the side.	2

17	Frem	Booted two goals during the third term. Made the most of his chances.	5
18	Coll	Hardly sighted. Doesn’t provide much when he fails to kick a goal.	3
19	Bris	Booted a sensational goal from the boundary line. Kicked two for the game and had 20 disposals.	7
20	StK	Always had to be watched by Webster and kicked three handy goals in a tight game which was a good return.	6

23	Adel	Booted two goals. Took another shot when he should have passed. A better effort.	5
EF	Port	Finished as a league player. Lacked pace to gain separation and was never a threat.	2

2016 Season

1	Bris	Took a while to get into the match but had a big impact close to goal when he did.	6
2	Haw	Quiet day despite numbers in attack or when pushing into midfield.	4
3	Frem	Won plenty of the ball but kicked poorly around the ground.	5
4	Rich	Worked around the ground and snared two goals too. Busy.	6
5	Syd	Tried hard but couldn’t make an imprint on the game.	4
6	Coll	Best on ground. Kicked three goals and set up others. Also had 27 touches.	9
7	Geel	One goal but only one inside-50 and seven effective disposals.	3
8	StK	Back to his best with six goals and Saints had no solution.	8
9	Port	Kicking for goal is not what it used to be; struggling to make distance from 40m.	7
10	GCS	Made the most of his chances. Not a lot of possessions but kicked three goals.	6

2015 Season

1	WB	Great battle with Morris. Ended with goal and only one inside-50.	5
2	Carl	Got off the chain enough, particularly after half time, to hurt the Blues.	6
3	Frem	Ended with five goals but had no impact early when game was there to be won.	6
4	Bris	Got the better of Adcock in the end.	7
5	GWS	Subbed out in the final term. Was busy without getting rewards.	5
6	Port	Was everywhere, six clearances, six inside-50s and a goal in the third term.	8
7	GCS	Played everywhere and kicked three goals. Started at half-back.	7
8	StK	Kept under tight rein by Weller.	3
9	Geel	Only one goal but able to work up the ground to get involved. Eight inside-50s.	7
10	NM	Struggled to find the ball and unusually quiet for most of the day.	3

1	WB	Burnt Picken off to kick two first-half goals and added three more for a bag of five.	9
2	Melb	Not as brilliant as last week but chipped in with two goals.	5
3	StK	Hurt forearm early and went off. Will be out for a while.	0

1	Frem	Looked back to his best up forward before arm injury ended his night in third term.	5

5	Port	Could have levelled the match in the dying stages only to pull his set shot.	5
6	WB	Plenty of touches on good opponent in Morris. Kicked three, but was inaccurate.	6
7	Bris	Kicked three goals but got frustrated and lapsed in discipline a lot.	6
8	NM	Had no trouble finding the ball forward of centre but kicking boots were left at home.	5
9	GWS	Outshone by some of his forward cohorts, he still hit the scoreboard.	5
10	Rich	Morris tracked him and shut him down completely in first half.	3
