2015 NAB Cup:   Didn’t see much ball in two NAB Challenge matches then ran out for Richmond VFL at weekend.

2015 Season

2 WB Sub. Gave a spark when inserted into the game in third term. Kicked a goal. 2
3 Bris One of nine Tigers to rack up 20 disposals and also kicked two goals. Tick! 6
4 Melb Started in good touch but disappeared from the game. 4

6 NM Sub. Replaced Griffiths early but zero impact on the game. 2
7 VFL Kicked two goals and was dangerous in attack.
8 VFL Kicked two goals but was up and down on the night.
9 VFL Dangerous in front half. 19 possessions, one goal.
10 VFL 21 touches across half forward and through midfield.
11 VFL Bye.
12 VFL Drifted in and out of the game. 20 possessions.
13 Syd Kicked a goal but might miss a week or two after stray elbow. 4
14 GWS Five inside-50s and a goal his contribution. OK without starring. 6
15 Carl Hardly sighted and will need a big game soon to hold his position. 3

Played for : Richmond

1 PM Struggled a bit to get into the game.
2 PM Gave good run early until a head clash slowed him down.
3 WB Sub. Snapped lovely goal and courage set up another in third term. 6
4 Coll Did a few nice things early but drifted from the game. 3
5 Bris Sub came on late in third term and ran non-stop to bag three goals. 4
6 Haw Picked up by Duryea. Not significant. 5
7 Geel Subbed out at half time after one possession. 1
9 VFL Only 10 possessions. Disappointing game.
10 VFL In and out of the game. 18 possessions and 0.2.
11   Rested.  
12 VFL Bye.
13 VFL Handled the ball well in wet conditions.
14 VFL 15 touches but efficiency was well down.
15 VFL Nice effort with two goals and 17 touches.
16 VFL 20 possessions and a goal and did some nice things.
17 VFL Caught the eye with 28 touches and a goal. Ball use superb.
18 WCE Sub. Relieved of vest in third term and showed a few glimpses. 2

21 Adel Snapped the goal to give Richmond back the lead with three minutes to go. 7
22 StK On Dempster for the most part. Made a few mistakes and others will contend for his place. 3
23 Syd A goal early in the second quarter was his only real moment of note. 4

2 NEAFL Worked hard all day in an effort to provide a spark.
4 NEAFL Rolled up from half forward and was energetic.
5 NEAFL Battled hard and had a go but not his best output.
6 NEAFL Returned to his customary forward role and kicked 10.
8 NEAFL Made a few skill errors which were uncharacteristic.
10 NEAFL Linked well through the middle to play a major role.
13 NEAFL Kicked five goals. Split time between midfield/forward.
14 NEAFL Strong performer but was reported late.
17 NEAFL Did well across half forward. Xx goals.
18 NEAFL Only the one goal but he was very impressive in attack.
19 NEAFL Struggled a bit with is unusual at NEAFL level.
20 NEAFL OK in a defensive role down back.
21 NEAFL Kicked a goal and provided some zip.
23 NEAFL OK without being a standout.
SF NEAFL Tried to will himself into the game. Just fair.
