1 GCS Played a few different roles with modest success. Had it 20 times, so at least got the ball. 5
2 Carl Started on the wing and got his hands on the ball a lot. 6

11 VFL Another solid showing and is pressing his claims.
12 NM Could muster just four second-half disposals after a bright opening to game. 5
13 Frem Good effort highlighted by two goals, four inside-50s and seven tackles. 7
14 Syd Had a tagging role on Kennedy and worked effectively. 5
15 StK Sub came on in third quarter and got amongst it at half back. 3

2 StK Settled into flow after a few shaky moments early but he was a key performer. 7
3 WB Started on the bench and played down back on Murphy early. OK. 5
4 Coll Did a few good things in defence but swamped. Not the worst. 5
5 Frem Made play on occasions, particularly late, which is a good sign. 6
6 Geel Hit target with all his touches and certainly not the worst playing half back. 6

2 WCE Had no influence on the game. 2
3 VFL One of the few Casey winners up forward. Injured late.
5 VFL Struggled a touch but worked fairly hard.
6 VFL Worked into the game well and finished strongly.
7 Haw Didn’t get a touch first half and went down with injury. Came back on. 2
10 VFL In and out of the game but not a huge impact.
13 VFL Slow start but had an influence after quarter time.
14 VFL Not his best showing. Needs to lift.
15 VFL In and out of the game but had some critical touches.
16 Frem Missed early opportunity for goal and day didn’t get a whole lot better. 4
17 Port Bobbed up at times but Melbourne isn’t getting enough out of him. 4
