2016 Season

1 Ess Booted two goals and provided plenty of long searching leads. 5
2 Frem His hard work created goals for others. Just needs to take more marks. 4
3 Carl Made a contest each time the ball in his area and booted a goal. 4
4 Bris Tried hard but only one goal (first term) when more needed from the key forward. 5
5 NM Deployed to defence and was reasonable. 4
6 Geel Copped hit in second term and looked shot but returned. Had to be moved off Hawkins. 2
7 Melb Stuck to the task on Hogan and did quite a reasonable job. 7
8 GWS Couldn’t contain Cameron and was outclassed by the star forward. 2
9 Adel Battled gamely in defence on Walker, unlucky to have five kicked on him. 5

17 Adel Struggling to cement his place in the side whether in attack or in defence. 4
18 WCE Offered a target between half forward and back. 3
19 Bris Provided a marking target but otherwise covered by McStay. 4
20 Rich Started on Vickery then had to go into ruck at times with Nicholls off. 3
21 Ess Copped a sickening blow and stretchered off in third quarter. Quiet till then. 2
22 Port Competed well in tough conditions and booted a goal. 4
23 Syd Quiet then went to Reid in second half and struggled. Never a factor. 3

2014 Season

1 Rich Two goals and imposed himself on the game a few times. A step forward. 5
2 Frem Started the game well with a goal. 4
3 Bris Had a three-goal burst in the second quarter and marked strongly. 6
4 Haw Took mark of the night and almost got up for another hanger. Has improved. 4
5 Melb Missed two chances in first quarter and ended with just one goal. 3
6 GWS Pushed further up the ground to make space for teammates. 4
7 NM Starting to show his potential. Led well and chase down of Harvey was a highlight reel moment. 6
9 StK Delaney kept him in check , but he showed agility at times. 4
10 WB Minimal impact until being subbed off with a shoulder knock. 2
11 Adel Tall forward needs to get nastier and make his presence felt. 5
12 Syd Minimal impact in attack. Held goalless. 3
13 WCE Started in defence and was troubled by McGovern. Went forward at end. 3
14 Geel Struggled to impact. Rate of improvement not up to some teammates. 3
15 Haw In attack and picked up by Lake. 2
16 Coll Turned form around with a game-high four goals. The difference in the end. 7
17 WB Worked up the ground but was scoreless on a day when the Suns needed him. 4

2013 Season

1 StK Tall forward got in the thick of it in conditions that didn’t suit. 5
2 Syd Apart from a goal early in third term, a quiet day for the developing big man. 3
3 Bris Well held by Patfull. 2
4 Port Might be squeezed out when a few return from injury, not having an impact. 1
5 GWS Solid at centre half back and had to contest hard against O’hAilpin. 6
6 Frem Looks more comfortable in defence and showed some promising signs. 5
7 Melb Looks more at home down back and even pushed forward for a nice goal. 6
8 WB Becoming more confident by the week and took some good marks. 5
9 Haw Not significant. 2
10 Geel Used down back but found Vardy a handful when matched to him. 3
11 NM Has found his place in defence and was solid. 5
12 Ess Used forward, back and in the ruck. Had some good moments but wasn’t super. 4
14 Adel Took a couple of good marks and handled the footy really well. 5
15 Bris Went down with groin injury in third term. 4
16 Rich Stood Vickery in defence and did a decent job – the Tiger was scoreless. 7
17 Coll The beneficiary of two 50-metre penalties and converted both times. 4
18 Carl Played in a variety of positions and did what was asked. 4
19 WCE Not a huge game but did some excellent things for a big man. 4
20 Melb Treated for hamstring tightness in third term but kicked late goal before going off. 2

5 NM Faded in and out but looked like a viable target, kicked well for goal. 5
6 Frem Endured a tough night but improving. 3
7 GWS Kicked two goals and took some solid grabs, looks a player of the future. 5
8 WB Struggled on a tough night for talls. 12 possessions. 4
9 Port Three early goals had his team up and about but well held after half time. 6
10 Coll Gave zero all day and thrown into the ruck late without success. 2
11 StK Hardly seen. Just the five touches. 2
12 NM Effort was there but just couldn’t be the target Suns desperately needed. 3
