2016 Digest:   Won back-to-back Frost Miller medals as the VFL's leading goalkicker but was unable to break into Hawthorn's lineup. Lacks versatility but hopefully for the Bombers, his delisting will have ignited a fire to make him work harder.

2016 NAB Cup:   Has shown capacity to kick goals in intra-club but ball not down there in NAB Challenge games.

2016 Season

Played for : Essendon

1   Played in VFL trial against Footscray.  
2   Played in VFL trial against Richmond.  
3 VFL Three goals in a lively performance up forward. Faded as game wore on.
4 VFL Provided a target up forward and ended with a goal. Needs to improve on that.
5 Coll Made the most of his and was rewarded with two goals in debut game for second club. 5
6 Carl Came to life in final term to kick a goal. To that point was very quiet. 3
7 VFL Struggled to find the ball at all in first half. Couple of goals very late in piece.
8 VFL Seven marks, three goals and three tackles was a reasonable effort up forward.
9 VFL Four marks but no goals and struggled to get a hand to the ball most of the day.
10 VFL Unable to get into things but delivery wasn’t the finest.

2015 Season

3 VFL Kicked four goals and was a handful all afternoon.
4 VFL Spent time in attack and ruck. Just fair.

6 VFL One goal and 17 hitouts splitting time between forward/ruck.
7 VFL Kicked three but workrate needs to improve to take next step.
8 VFL Marked well in attack and gave Hawks a good target.
9 VFL Kicked his two goals but wasn’t a big factor.
10 VFL Kicked two goals but was hardly sighted otherwise.

12 VFL Combined well with Sicily to destroy Williamstown. Five goals.
13 VFL One goal and 15 possessions. Workrate needed to lift.
14 VFL Kicked two goals but spent time up the ground on the ball.

2 VFL Presented strongly at CHF. 15 disp. and three goals.

4 VFL Presented well up from the forward line. Improving player.
5 VFL Tried hard but windy conditions made life tough.
6 VFL Presented well again and took some nice marks.

8 VFL Continues to impress with his marking and work rate. Two goals.
9 GCS Goaled with first AFL kick inside opening 90 seconds. 4
10 Melb Took a couple of nice marks and moved well around the ground. 5

14 VFL A rare down day after a strong patch of form at all levels.
