2017 Season

1 GWS Speed and composure are two of his best assets. 7
2 Haw Youngster linked well at times through the middle and while effort faded he played a part in the win. 5
3 Port Not setting the game alight at the moment but his skill and poise were crucial in critical moments. 4
4 Ess Improved dramatically from a quiet Showdown, his run and carry and spread from the stoppages were great. 6
5 GCS Not a huge influence despite getting the footy 17 times. 4
6 Rich Getting better with each game, needs to increase his possession tally but is damaging with the footy in hand. 6
7   Rested.
8 Melb Plenty of outside run but none of it was damaging. 5
9 Bris Highlight was his second quarter goal which came via a handpass from Jacobs. 5
10 Frem Lit it up in Indigenous Round with three goals including a lovely left foot snap via a Fremantle turnover. 7
11 Geel Youngster tried to take game on but struggled to break game open; 14 disposals and two tackles. 4
12 StK There was a play in the third term when he evaded and broke through at least five players, his best is yet to come. 5
13   Bye.
14 Haw Understand you need to give him game time but his performances are not warranting he stay in the side. 4
15 Carl Had some moments in the game when he looked like a match winner, just drifts out of the game too often at the minute. 4
16 WB Treading water at the minute, looks good in open space where he can use his leg speed. 4
17   Calf.
18   Calf.
19 Coll Didn’t find a lot of it but when he did was composed and looked to find a teammate in a better position. 5
20 SANFL Bye.
21 SANFL Talented speedster had 18 touches and burnt North on the wing.
22 SANFL Looked good whenever he had the footy – which wasn’t often enough (14 touches) in tough loss.
23 WCE Had almost 350m gained from his 16 possessions. Gave the team run 6

2016 Season

1 NM Debutant struggled to get into the game at all and registered four kicks. 2
2 Port Gifted his first goal in the AFL from an unselfish Betts. Did OK. 5
3 Rich Everything he did oozed class. Attack on Martin in first few seconds set the tone. 5
4 Syd Tweaked a quad muscle late in the game, but not a factor prior to the injury. 3
5   Quad.
6 SANFL Dazzled with three goals in exciting return from injury.
7   Rested.
8 Geel Returned to side but wouldn’t be happy with his performance; early days though. 3
9 GCS Efficient with the footy and booted three goals. 6
10 GWS Another forward who is struggling, not doing enough. 3
11 StK Selection may be up for grabs with wealth of talent coming through the SANFL. 4
12   Senior emergency.
13 SANFL Bye.
14 SANFL Looked good early but was completely shut down after quarter-time.
15 SANFL Damaging and exciting all day. Had a game-high eight inside 50s.
16 SANFL Drifted in and out of the match. Sturt had the answers for him.
17 SANFL Booted the first goal but lowered his colours thereafter.
18 SANFL Won his share of the footy and looked dangerous at times.
19 SANFL Numbers were a bit down but kicked a goal and applied pressure.
20 SANFL Bye.
21 SANFL Slotted a major and was dangerous whenever he was in the vicinity.
22 SANFL Composed and classy, especially during a dynamic first half.
23 SANFL Exciting with the footy and provided good pressure without it.
EF SANFL Didn't have a massive impact.
SF SANFL Sparked the Crows with three goals and seven tackles.
